In her typical flamboyant style, Katy Perry wore a short rubber dress featuring half of the American and half of the England flag in an attempt to show her support and loyalties to the two national teams when they met for the World Cup on Saturday (June 12).

Perry also quipped that her fiance Russell Brand is following the football tournament closely as he works.
