Britney Spears is to be questioned over fresh allegations by her former bodyguard, Fernando Flores.

Flores has accused the singer of being an unfit mother due to beating one of her children with a belt and giving both of her children foods which they were allergic to.

The allegations follow Flores' previous claims that Spears had sexually harassed him.

Spears has strongly denied the allegations but due to already having left her home for a trip to Los Angeles, child protection agency workers have not yet been able to question her further on the matter.
