Sarah Harding's diet tips

Girls Aloud band member Sarah Harding has revealed some of her dieting secrets.

The singer explained how she uses vitamins and kelp tablets to help keep her body looking so great.

"I have a few kelp vitamins before I eat. They contain cider vinegar which help to break down carbs and dairy. They help bloating. I do take a lot of vitamins to keep myself in shape. Vitamin E, glucosamine, evening primrose oil, acidophilus for digestion and, of course, the kelp tablets," she enthused.

As for her other eating habits, the star says that she loves cooking spaghetti bolognese. "I always make it with loads of parmesan cheese and butter on the pasta."
