Jedward singer Edward Grimes has revealed that he tried to make his recent fall look like part of the duo's dance routine when he fell on stage and tore his knee ligaments during their performance at T4 On The Beach recently.

"It’s the first time in my life I have seriously hurt myself. I fell out of trees as a kid but I have never felt pain like it in my life. I didn’t want to let John or the fans down so I pretended it was part of the routine."

He continued, "I cried in the ambulance which I never do. The most upsetting bit was them cutting up my Ghostbusters outfit which I’d had since our X Factor performance."
