Alexandra Burke admits that her life has completely changed and her confidence has grown since she won 'The X Factor' in 2008.

Only recently the singer showed this year's new X Factor hopefuls what's up for grabs if they too want to follow in her footsteps. As one of four children, raised by a single mother on a London council estate, Alex shared a bed with her sister when she first auditioned for the talent show.

Last week, however, she was snapped by the paparrazi clearly enjoying her new wealthy celebrity status, as she was helped from her chauffeur driven car in front of the May Fair hotel.

Burke has confirmed that her first UK headline tour will kick off in Scotland next year.
