Pet Shop Boys 'Greatest Hits' LP

Pet Shop Boys are set to release an upcoming best-of disc.

The 'Ultimate Pet Shop Boys' has been billed as a "comprehensive greatest hits collection" featuring 19 of the band's hit singles in chronological order, spanning from their chart-topper "West End Girls" to last year's "Love Etc."

The special edition of the album will include a bonus DVD featuring the complete set from their headline slot at this year's Glastonbury festival, plus three hours of classic performance footage from various BBC TV shows such as "Top of the Pops".

The electropop duo, consisting of Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe, have to date released ten studio albums and notched up 42 UK top 30 hits since forming in 1981, as well as being presented with the 'Outstanding Contribution to Music' prize at the 2009 Brit Awards.

The pair took to their Twitter account earlier today to reveal the new album cover art as seen above.

'Ultimate Pet Sop Boys' is scheduled to be out on November 1.
