Pixie Lott backing X Factor's Cher

Pixie Lott has revealed who she thinks might win this year's 'X Factor' competition.

The 19-year-old pop starlet, who appeared as a guest judge during the auditions on the show this summer, says that she is backing favourite Cher Lloyd to be crowned the winner.

Lott follows in the footsteps of fellow stars Soulja Boy, Keri Hilson and Holly Willoughby in praising Lloyd, who has already impressed a lot of people in the music business.

"Cher was wicked, wasn’t she?," Pixie gushed to X magazine about the 16-year-old's performance. "So cool and unique," she added, before exclaiming, "I think she could win the show."

The singer released "Boys and Girls" as her debut US single on August 24, 2010. The release is set to coincide with the TV premiere of her first film, 'Fred: The Movie'.

Lott's album, 'Turn It Up', is set to be released in the US early 2011.
