Video Past of Strictly Come Dancing’s Bruno Revealed

Bruno Tonioli who is famous as a judge on both BBC 1's 'Strictly Come Dancing' and the American version, 'Dancing With The Stars', was once an extra in Elton John's "I'm Still Standing" video which was shot in 1983.

Currently known for his smart designer suits worn on the programmes, he donned tiny off-the-shoulder leotards, tight trousers and leg warmers whilst strutting down the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France for the video-shoot.

Tonioli was 28 years old at the time and a freelance dancer. He started his career as a choreographer and ended up working with Tina Turner, Sting, The Rolling Stones, Freddie Mercury, Sinitta, Boy George and Duran Duran.

Tonioli also choreographed many of Bananarama videos including "Venus" and "Movin On".

The 'Strictly Come Dancing' judge is back this year alongside Alesha Dixon, Len Goodman and Craig Revel Horwood.
