Adam Lambert covers David Bowie's 'Let's Dance' as tribute

Adam Lambert paid tribute to the late David Bowie whilst on his 'Original High Tour' on Monday (January 11), the day Bowie's death was announced.

Lambert told the audience at Osaka's Namba Hatch in Japan:

"We're in the club now, people. Now even in the club we have to celebrate our heros, and tonight let's celebrate the great David Bowie"

Lambert then went straight into the classic Bowie track, 'Let's Dance'. Wearing a gold lamé jacket and combat pants, the vocal meister gave an energy-packed, show-stopping performance that raised the roof.

Earlier this week (January 11), Pressparty revealed that, Nile Rodgers, the 'Let's Dance' co-producer finished the album with Bowie in just 17 days.

The 'Ghost Town' singer wrote on Facebook:

"I love how Bowie challenged people's perception of gender stereotypes and what an outsider truly was. He was SO ahead of his time, Bowie was one of the bravest artists of the century. A true icon."

Lambert revealed more 'The Original High Tour' dates with a press release yesterday (January 12). Queen and Lambert will be headlining the Isle of Wight Festival this June.
