My Chemical Romance singer Gerard Way has confirmed that his band will open an American Football game at Wembley Stadium later this month.

The American rockers will perform live at the London stadium before the San Francisco 49ers and the Denver Broncos game kicks off on Halloween (October 31).

The band will open with new single ‘Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na), which is from their new album ‘Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys’.

Speaking of the show, Way said: ‘Performing to 85,000 fellow NFL fans will be one of the highlights of the European Tour. We’re thrilled to be playing to such a huge crowd in such an iconic venue.’

The band is currently on tour in the UK, with other European dates to include the Netherlands, France and Germany.
