‘Glee’ star longs for Winehouse collaboration

‘Glee’ star Mark Salling – who plays Noah ‘Puck’ Puckman on the hit series – has said that he’d love to pair up musically with Amy Winehouse.

The star has a solo music career outside of his role on ‘Glee’ and is set to release his debut album ‘Pipe Dreams’ later this month. On top of this, the actor is already setting his sights further afield.

Salling said of the UK hit-maker: “I’d love to perform with Amy Winehouse – she’s undeniably amazing. You just can't help watch her and listen to her.”

Despite his solo ambitions, Salling has assured his fans that he won’t be retiring Puck from the Glee club any time soon: “They’re different art forms and I hope I never have to choose between the two,” he said.

When asked how he’d feel having his songs feature on a future episode, Salling added: “I would be very flattered if that ever happened. I’m not sure it will, but I’d be more than willing to accommodate them if they wanted.”
