Val Chmerkovskiy may be a professional dancer, but this week Normani Kordei swapped roles to teach him a few of her own dance moves.

The Fifth Harmony star took to her Instagram to share a hilarious video of herself teaching her Dancing With the Stars partner the band's super sexy "Work From Home" dance, and despite the Russian dancer being a quick learner, Kordei kinda owned it this time, due to having performed the dance moves countless times before.

20-year-old Kordei uploaded a video onto Instagram with the caption:

"During our water break... I thought it would be cool to reverse roles lol so I taught @iamvalc the "Work from Home" choreography ✨😂 #DWTS.

There's no denying that Chmerkovskiy and Kordei are putting in the work to try and win the show this year and Harmonizers everywhere must be rooting for the pair in excitement to do so.

Dancing with the Stars returns March 20 at 8/7c on ABC.
