Sam Smith performed 'Too Good At Goodbyes' and 'Pray' on Saturday Night Live last night (October 7). 

Both tracks are taken from his forthcoming album, 'The Thrill Of It All' which is scheduled for release on November 3.

'Pray' has been available as a single since Friday (October 6).

This was the 'Money on my Mind's singer second appearance on the show. His first SNL appearance was in 2014 when he was promoting his debut album, 'In The Lonely Hour'.

Smith will be supporting his new album with a North American tour in 2018 taking in 39 dates. Tickets go on sale next Friday (October 12).

This second episode of Saturday Night Live was opened with a surprise performance by Jason Aldean, the country singer onstage when the Route 91 Festival massacre took place.
