COSTA MESA, Calif., March 15, 2011  -- The OC Fair today announced four more tribute bands as part of the 2011 OC Fair (July 15-August 14), including an ultimate pogo extravaganza and BMX and skateboarding events.  As always, concert and action sports tickets include Fair admission. Select shows are on sale March 19.

Concerts in The Hangar to go on sale include Surfin' Safari - The Ultimate Tribute to the Music of the Beach Boys (Sunday, July 17), Strangelove - The Ultimate Tribute to Depeche Mode (Thursday, July 28), Journey Unauthorized (Friday, July 29) and "Led Zeppelin Live" Starring Heartbreaker (Saturday, July 30).

Reserved seats in the Action Sports Arena to go on sale include: two days of Pogopalooza (Friday-Saturday, July 29-30) and five days of ASA Sports World Tour Presents – MegaRamp ASA Triples – BMX & Skate (Wednesday-Sunday, August 3-7). Non-reserved seats are available free with Fair admission.

Tickets for these events go on sale Saturday, March 19, at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster or at the OC Fair & Event Center Box Office, which is open Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets, online atticketmaster.com or by phone (800) 745-3000.

The 2011 OC Fair, themed LET'S EAT!, is July 15 – August 14 and will bring 23 days of food, rides, exhibits, animals, music, action sports and fun, as well as the popular Season Pass, Pacific Amphitheatre Summer Concert Series, The Hangar and Action Sports Arena. The Fair is open Wednesday-Sunday. The OC Fair was ranked the eighth highest attended fair in the U.S. last year by Venues Today magazine.
