Writer and Producer Toby Gad Soars to the Top of the Charts with No. 1 Digital Album

NEW YORK, July 25, 2011 -- It's not easy to make history, but DAS Communications client, writer and producer Toby Gad, has hit the perfecta with two artists topping the charts.

Gad co-wrote the smash hit single "I Do" along with a second album track "What Means the Most" from Colbie Caillat's infectiously optimistic new album "All of You," which is currently the number one digital album on the Billboard charts.

Gad also produced and co-wrote Demi Lovato's emotionally-charged comeback ballad "Skyscraper" which is continuing to top the iTunes charts for the second week in a row.

Gad continues to bring his hit-making ability to an impressive list of superstar collaborations. Gad also wrote and produced British singer/songwriter Jessie J's title track "Who You Are" and "L.O.V.E."

Toby Gad is a Grammy Award Winning Los Angeles-based hit producer and songwriter and has released over 150 records on major labels. He is perhaps best known for co-writing Fergie's Grammy nominated hit song "Big Girls Don't Cry" as well as co-writing and producing Beyonce's worldwide #1 hit "If I Were a Boy", as well as Alicia Key's hit single "Love is My Disease."
