Taylor Swift rocked Times Square for New York City's New Year's Eve celebrations last night (December 31).

Swift was one of the acts performing at Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin Eve Show. Other acts included Justin Bieber, PSY and Carly Rae Jepsen. The show was hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Fergie.

Swift performed 'I Knew You Were Trouble' and 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together'.

The 23-year-old tweeted: 

"So excited to be in New York playing on @OfficialNYRE! It all starts at 8pm ET on ABC. Can’t. even. verbalize. how stoked I am for 2013!" 

"There are 13′s EVERYWHERE. This is PERFECT."

Approximately one million spectators crowded into Times Square to watch the show which was also beamed into millions of homes by ABC.
