A spokesperson for Sharon Osbourne has confirmed that Sharon and Ozzy are not having marriage difficulties as reported by The Sun today (April 14).

The spokesperson confirmed that, although Sharon Osbourne is living in a hotel, this is solely for "work" purposes, rather than due to a dispute between the pair.

Meanwhile Ozzy Osbourne is busy with the newly reformed Black Sabbath:

"They've both got huge work commitments. She is at the hotel for work and he is starting his Black Sabbath tour. Of course they row but they are still together.

"Sharon and Ozzy have spent long periods of time apart before when she was working in the U.K. The marriage is not on the rocks."

The Sun had printed a story stating that a source had cited that The Osbournes were living in separate houses in L.A. two miles apart from each other.
