Michael Jackson death anniversary may have led to Paris suicide attempt

A top Beverly Hills child psychotherapist and author fears the fourth anniversary of Michael Jackson's death later this month on June 13 may have prompted his teenage daughter's early morning suicide attempt today (June 5).

Dr. Walfish, who has never consulted Paris, urges her family members to make plans for when she comes home from hospital, he said:

"The family will need to provide 24/7 supervision and companionship so as to not risk another suicide attempt. Everyone must now set aside their personal battles and self-centred objectives and make Paris and her emotional health front and centre priority number one.

Jackson, 15, was hospitalised following a medical emergency at her Calabasas, California home and emergency services officials have confirmed they responded to a 911 call regarding "a possible overdose".
