Leona Lewis is known all over the world, but the 'Happy' singer insists she prefers to avoid living a typical celebrity lifestyle.

"I definitely keep myself secret," the 25-year-old said of her personal life. "I went on a show watched by millions (The X Factor) but I had no desire to be famous and I still don't." Leona added, "Unless you talk to me every day, you're not really going to get a sense of me. This is real life, it isn't make-believe. I've got my friends and my family around me so I think they keep me grounded. It's good to have people who I trust around me."

As for her spare time when she isn't jetting off around the globe promoting her music, Lewis explained what she gets up to. "I don't go out a lot in London. I usually just stay in and have people round. And on a day off I'm in bed by 11pm."
