Babyshambles will not split, despite frontman Pete Doherty reforming his old band The Libertines.

Some fans voiced their concerns that Doherty's latest project would fall apart now that he is back with Carl Barat and the rest of the group for a series of festival performances in the summer. But Babyshambles' management have confirmed troubled rocker Pete has no plans to quit the band. "Reports that Babyshambles are no more are categorically untrue."
