The National singing and dance competition TeenStar has crowned its dance champion! Joining a long line of prestigious Future Music competition winners, Scandalous Productions dance group from Huddersfield have been crowned the dance champion of the national TeenStar competition.

Scandalous Productions were crowned champions in front of a capacity crowd and a prestigious industry judging panel at The Alban Arena in St Albans on Saturday 29th July. Their haunting “Why So Serious” dance routine, which was based around Batman’s Joker, won over the competition industry judges making them the overall dance winner of TeenStar 2017.

The judging panel for the Grand Final included; professional dancer and choreographer Ryan Jenkins, Swoosh from Flawless Dance Group, talent producer for The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent Tom Lightfoot, Modest Management’s James Ellett, Open Mic UK winner and award-winning singer songwriter artist Natalie Shay, creative events director Truchio Powell, and music consultant for Sony and Thames TV and head of Future Music Chris Grayston.

Scandalous Productions have now won a scholarship to the Flawless Dance School in London, an extensive winner's publicity package, the production of a promo video and professional photo shoot by one of the UK's best photographers.
