Arcade Fire single leaks online

The Arcade Fire’s latest single ‘Reflektor’ has leaked online one day ahead of its scheduled release.

The band recently teased the single with a chalk-like drawing spelling out the name of the single appearing across social media websites and naming 9/9 9pm as the time for fans to look out for the new track.

The unveiling was due to be held in New York tomorrow, but the track seems to have appeared online a day early.

The single and the band’s upcoming album have been produced by LCD Soundsystem ‘s James Murphy, who recently told NME about the album: "It sounds like Arcade Fire in the way that only Arcade Fire sound like Arcade Fire, you know? It's really fucking epic. Seriously. I mean, I feel at this point like I'm too close to it to really talk it up and do it justice, you know?"

David Bowie is also rumoured to be collaborating with the band on the record, but representatives of Arcade Fire said that they “can neither confirm nor deny” the rumours.
