Arctic Monkeys announce two Finsbury Park shows

Arctic Monkeys have confirmed two massive London shows for next year.

The Sheffield indie group will play Finsbury Park on May 23 and 24 as they continue to promote their latest album 'AM'.

Support on the dates will come from Tame Impala, Miles Kane and Royal Blood.

Tickets meanwhile will go on sale from 10am UK time on November 22.

The group are due to play a trio of rescheduled UK shows in the next week after singer Alex Turner came down with laryngitis at the start of November.

Arctic Monkeys released the album 'AM' on September 6 and it granted the band their fifth consecutive UK No.1 record.

However, they failed to win this year's Mercury Music Prize, with James Blake picking up the coveted gong instead.
