Beyoncé Knowles has shared intimate holiday pictures of her family holiday in the South of France.

The global superstar celebrated her 31st Birthday on a luxury yacht with husband Jay Z and their baby daughter Blue Ivy, in September. The A-list family are known for keeping their personal life private, and few photos were taken at the time. However, the Single Ladies singer has this week posted some family pictures of her September vacation up.

The pictures see Beyoncé wearing a nautical jumper on-board the yacht, with the initial 'J' embossed on the front. Another shot shows the star cutting her Birthday cake, the icing reads 'Happy Birthday Beyoncé, Love Blue & Jay'. The final picture features the singer in a bikini, posing on the deck of her yacht.

Beyoncé is expected to make a comeback at the Superbowl in February, having taken a year out following the birth of Blue Ivy Carter.
