Travis Barker: 'Now I know how to handle my hardships'

Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has revealed that learning how to handle his hardships changed his life dramatically.

Speaking to People magazine about where he's at in his life, he explained that he feels better than ever before: “I'm feeling younger and better now than I did when I was 20."

"I was probably one of the most unhealthy human beings, from what I ate to what I put in my body. There have been so many hardships in my life. Now I know how to handle them... I just feel so blessed."

Barker, meanwhile, recently told Kerrang! magazine that Blink-182's brand new album is one of their best: "We've made one of the best albums in Blink-182's history. So, I don't feel like anything is missing or there's any element that is stopping this from being complete. We're a well-oiled machine - there's no lack of creativity or work ethic."
