Blink 182 have decided on a title for their forthcoming new album. 

Writing to fans on his official Facebook page, Mark Hoppus explained that the band are just a few days away from completing the record's first single and said that "the finish line is approaching":

"The single is due to be delivered to the label in a week, and soon after that it will be released. The full album is due in a month, and will be released a few weeks later."

"The finish line is approaching. We’ve chosen an album title, started working on artwork, moving into mixing, and getting ready for tour rehearsals."

The 'Going Away To College' pop-punk heroes are due to embark upon an extensive tour of the U.S later this summer and it looks as though new material may be on the cards for some of the shows as Hoppus added: 

"The bass and drums on the album are done, as are most of the guitars and lead vocals. We’re finishing the recording with percussion, some more background vocals, keys and random fixes here and there."
