Britney Spears' Las Vegas residency boosts Planet Hollywood by $20 million

Pop sensation Britney Spears has been performing live in Las Vegas for the past few months as part of a special residency at the Planet Hollywood hotel and resort, and her appearances there have earned the company a lot of money.

It has now been confirmed by the Las Vegas Sun that Spears' show at the venue has earned Planet Hollywood an impressive $20 million profit. Her residency was recently extended and will now continue for another 2 years until 2017.

On October 5, Spears took to her official Twitter page and told her followers that she's having so much fun playing there: "Another amazing crowd tonight at #PieceOfMe as usual!! Seriously LOVE my fans! Xo."

She just unveiled her lingerie collection and confessed that designing the range was a 'dream come true': "The fabrics to the prints, the details, the shapes, the sizes, everything. It's something I've wanted to do for a really long time now. I'm a huge fan of lingerie, I love La Perla, I love Victoria's Secret and I love vintage pieces. And because of that it's something I've wanted to do for a while now and create my own vintage pieces, and that's what I've done with 'The Intimate Britney Spears collection'."
