Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea's upcoming single is set to be released in May, according to People.

The two acts have revealed in the media in the last number of months that they have worked together.

The former features in the new issue of People magazine and the publication reports that their single will drop on May 5.

Spears meanwhile says in the article that she is the "happiest" she's ever been.

Speaking about her two boys, the singer adds:

"Preston is very opinionated, very expressive, and if he doesn’t like something, he’s going to tell you.

"But he has a huge heart, he’s a good kid and he has manners. Jayden is sweet, very soft-spoken, kinda funny. He’s adorable -  a momma’s boy."
