Britney Spears has received her Best Overall Show in Las Vegas award.

The singer was given the prize by Best of Las Vegas at the weekend in honour of her Piece of Me residency.

The hit-strewn event has been running at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Vegas since December 2013.

Spears posted a photo of herself with the award on Twitter on Monday (April 20), writing:

"Look what I got over the weekend! Thank you @BestOfLasVegas, my dedicated team & POM crew, @phvegas, and all of YOU!"

The US star meanwhile is due to unveil her new Iggy Azalea collaboration 'Pretty Girls' on May 5.
