DJ Mustard has confirmed that he has been working on a new single with Britney Spears and that it is “coming soon”.

Spears’ last album, ‘Britney Jean’, was released in 2013 and since then she has released one single in the form of a collaboration with Iggy Azalea called ‘Pretty Girls’.

New music is confirmed to be on the way from the Las Vegas performer by producer DJ Mustard.

In a fan Q&A, the ‘2 On’ producer replied to the enquiry whether a rumoured recording with Spears is “coming soon”, to which he replied, “Yep”.

He also spoke to Billboard about the upcoming release saying there are “too many words [to describe it]” and called it “a super big hit”.

Britney Spears herself teased last month that she has been busy “making magic” in the recording studio.
