Britney Spears has topped a fan category in Pressparty's end of year readers' poll.

The singer reigned supreme in the Best Fandom section.

She bagged a massive 60% of the votes, which amounted to over 3,300 clicks.

Adam Lambert was second in the category with 19%, while Fifth Harmony were third with 10%.

It was Lambert, however, that dominated the poll overall.

The US star topped six out of the eight categories, including Best Album of 2015 and Best Musical Act of 2015.
