Britney Spears covers Shape magazine and talks body image: 'I have to work hard to maintain it'

Pop superstar Britney Spears is the June cover star for America's Shape magazine and the feature that goes with the shoot has the tagline, '31, firm and fabulous'.

Shape's official Twitter page shared her front cover shoot earlier today (May 7) and accompanied the stunning image with the caption: "Okay, guys, the wait is over! We're so excited to show you our gorgeous June cover featuring @britneyspears!!"

In the editorial, the 'Till The World Ends' beauty talks about her figure and specifically her backside, which she describes as difficult to maintain: "I like it, then again, I hate it. I'm in my 30s now, so I have to work harder to keep it 'up'."

Spears also reveals that she's using Nutrisystem, which delivers low-calorie prepared meals, to keep her eating habits on track and joked that it's tough to diet when she has so many food based vices: "Dieting is tough... because my specialities are spaghetti, brownies and chocolate chip cookies."
