Britney Spears credits yoga with reducing her anxiety

Pop superstar Britney Spears has revealed that she works out in order to keep a level head and has a preferred form of exercise that she always turns to. 

During a radio interview with America's Ryan Seacrest, the 'Till The World Ends' hitmaker explained that she uses yoga as a way to battle anxiety and finds it to be really effective:

"I love my yoga! I'm doing a lot of yoga right now. It's like my go-to between all (my) anxiety and everything."

Despite admitting to enjoying the low-intensity workout now, she initially wasn't too excited by it and it grew slowly on her:

"The first time I did yoga I didn't like it at all. I think the key is finding a good teacher, someone you kind of connect with and if you do find that person then it doesn't feel like you're bored or impatient because I've been in tons of classes where I'm so over it and I can't deal (sic) and want it to end, but I think if you find the right instructor, it does wonders for your body."
