Britney Spears teases "most personal album ever"

Britney Spears has promised fans that her next album will be very personal.

The pop princess has been busy working on the follow-up to her 2011 record 'Femme Fatale', which hit No.1 in the US upon release.

Spears took to Twitter yesterday (July 3) to tell fans that the record is set to be a very revealing affair. She said:

"Really excited 2 give u a taste of my new album...can't wait 2 share what I've been working on. Going to be my most personal album ever :)."

Will.i.am meanwhile has previously gone on record to say that he has been working with the singer on the album.

As previously reported, Spears recently released the lyric video for her new single 'Ooh La La', which features on the soundtrack to new film The Smurfs 2.
