Britney Spears has indulged in her scary side for an amusing BBC Radio 1 Halloween video.

The singer recently appeared on Nick Grimshaw's Breakfast Show and the station have now uploaded a special clip ahead of Halloween on Thursday (October 31).

The video, which runs with theme 'It's Britney Witch', sees the US star read a scary poem and play up to the creepy theme.

She can be heard channelling an English accent as Grimshaw larks about on the set.

Spears meanwhile is due to release her latest single 'Work Bitch' on November 3 in the UK.

She will then follow up the track with her eighth studio album 'Britney Jean' on December 3.

It's not been a week of great news for Nick Grimshaw, however, with new figures confirming that he has lost a million listeners since taking over the Breakfast Show from Chris Moyles last year.

In fact, he has leaked a massive 300,000 listeners in the last three months alone.
