Bruno Mars has confirmed details of his new single.

The singer will release '24k Magic' on Friday (October 7).

It will be the first track to be unveiled from his upcoming third album.

Speaking on Twitter today (October 3), Mars confirmed the record is now completed.

He wrote: "MY ALBUM IS DONE!"

Mars' last record 'Unorthodox Jukebox' was released in 2012.
