DJ and producer Calvin Harris is celebrating with a trolley full of drink after announcing he's reached No. 1 in the UK album charts.

'18 Months' made a huge impact on the midweek albums chart on Wednesday (October 31), with the record holding onto the No. 1 spot throughout the week.

Harris took to his Twitter page to thank fans for their continued support ahead of the official chart announcement:

"I am UK number 1 album this week, thank you anyone who bought 18 Months i hope you enjoy + thank u to all the artists involved!!! So happy! (sic)."

Harris then posted a picture to the social networking site of a trolley full of alcohol with the caption: "Celebrating!"

Harris was quick to be congratulated on his No. 1 effort, with rapper Dizzee Rascal praising the star on his chart-topping album.

"Congratulations @calvinharris 18 MONTHS is another Number 1 Album! 🎉 #Heretochina I always knew this guy Had it! (sic)."
