Cheryl donating £100,000 of her perfume profits to charitable organisation

Songstress Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, née Cole, recently announced the release of a new Eau de Toilette, called StormFlower, and she has now announced that she will be donating a large slice of the profits to a worthy cause.

In a statement, the beauty confirmed that she will hand over £100,000 ($160,000) of the proceeds to Cheryl's Trust, which is the organisation she set up to aid young people in her native Newcastle. She explained:

"£100,000 from the proceeds of the sale of Cheryl's new StormFlower EDT will be donated to Cheryl's Trust."

StormFlower EDT is due for release in March and a message on the fragrance's website reveals details on the scent itself: "The new Storm Flower Eau de Toilette by Cheryl is a light yet undeniably feminine scent, captivatingly modern, and playful with a hint of intrigue."
