Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini questions Cheryl's lack of airplay

Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini has questioned why his wife Cheryl isn't getting as much airplay as she "deserves".

He took to Instagram to call out British radio DJs for supposedly not supporting the vocalist's latest single 'Only Human'.

Fernandez-Versini said: "I would like an answer on how come people don't push people that deserve it.

"How come somebody as exceptional as my wife has to fight for being the best and even her own management, label and people that decide who goes on radio don't move their asses.

"And being less lazy to promote such an amazing singer, person and creative inspirational human being! Question of the day!"

Fernandez-Versini also criticised Capital FM's Marvin Humes, adding:

"Same goes for Capital. Marvin is a great DJ but I am surprised I don't hear more 'Only Human' remix when it's amazing."

Cheryl's 'Only Human' is due to be released on March 22.
