Cheryl Cole "honoured" by Coldplay's public praise of her new album

Girls Aloud sensation Cheryl Cole has revealed that she's "honoured" by Coldplay's public words of support about her brand new album.

'A Million Lights' was officially released earlier this week and debuted in the midweek chart update at No.2 just behind Justin Bieber's 'Believe', and Brit rockers Coldplay took to social networking site Twitter (June 22) to tell their fans about their "love" for the 'Call My Name' songstress:

"New @CherylCole album, A Million Lights, out this week. We love Cheryl."

Cole then sent the 'Paradise' stars a reply, which read: "WOW.. honoured.. thank you.. P.S. I love you more *bbm eyelash face*."

Earlier this week, she admitted that she recorded a rap with Black Eyed Peas superstar and friend Will.i.Am although it hasn't been included on her new studio album.
