Cheryl gives advice to follower on Twitter after "heartbreaking" tweets

Cheryl has reached out to one of her followers on Twitter after being left "heartbroken" by their tweets.

The Girls Aloud singer posted a series of messages on her personal account today (June 26) after reading someone else's tweets.

She refused to mention the individual in question by name but gave them some advice.

Cheryl told them to accept that mistakes need to be made in life in order to "learn, grow and change". She said:

"I won't @ U but i have been reading your tweets and they are heartbreaking.. I want to tell you this..."

She continued: "You have to/NEED to make Mistakes in your life in order to learn/grow/change and gain strength #thatislife don't kill yourself with regret! You'll get there!!"
