'Call My Name' beauty Cheryl Cole has shared a photograph of herself fresh from tour rehearsals.

The songstress, who is set to begin a run of UK dates later this autumn in support of her new album 'A Million Ligts', took to social networking site Twitter in the early hours of this morning (August 21) and uploaded a picture to show what she goes through during a live run-through:

"Sweaty hair, sweaty face and sore toe but first day of rehearsals is over!! Phew!! EXCITING," she wrote. Cole later returned to the site and added: "Lol @ myself in that picture #ohgod!!"

Her tour will begin on October 3 in Belfast and is due to finish several weeks later on October 17 in Newcastle.

Her latest single, 'Under The Sun', is currently at No.26 in the UK Top 40 although the position could change tomorrow (August 22) when the midweek chart update takes place.
