Cheryl Cole opens up about love: 'I'm not a victim and I don't give a s**t anymore'

'Call My Name' beauty Cheryl Cole has spoken out about her relationship history and stressed that she doesn't feel "unlucky in love" despite how the media have portrayed her love life over the years.

In a new interview with Glamour magazine, Cole explained that it's tough to move on after the break-up of a marriage, but she feels as though she's in a good place and can look forward to the future with her head held high:

"I'm not unlucky in love or anything else. And I'm absolutely not a victim. I'm strong, happy and settled – and I really don't give a s**t anymore."

"It takes a long time after you've been with someone as long as I was (with footballer Ashley Cole) not to feel like you're cheating on them. That may sound crazy, but it's the way I felt after him. I had completely committed myself."

Cole, who is currently dating her backing dancer Tre Holloway, added: "Dating someone who's not in the industry can be difficult but dating someone in the limelight has its own problems. Everything is intensified. If I fell in love with a binman I'd be happy but if I fell in love with some really famous man I feel like that would belong to the media."
