Chris Brown: 'I learned that nobody's invincible'

Superstar Chris Brown has revealed that spending time in jail has helped him to 'become a man'.

During an interview with Extra, the R&B sensation explained that he has learned that being a celebrity doesn't give him a free pass to behave however he likes, and understands that 'nobody's invincible':

"For me I just learned that nobody's invincible, everybody's equal, at the same time no amount of celebrity status, no amount of how many fans love you, no amount of anything can deter you away from the real if you make a mistake and nobody's excusable."

Brown concluded the admission by adding: "I think for me it was a humbling experience for me to become a man and mature."

Earlier this month, Brown admitted that he's been actively seeking help for his anger issues and sees a therapist regularly, which he feels is very helpful:

"Help is great; I still talk to my therapist twice a week, and it helps me to... if I'm frustrated and I'm dealing with something, to vent and say what I'm going through so I can hear from an actual clinical person: 'This is how you should react', or, 'It's good to feel this way because feelings, emotions and energy are supposed to come and go. It's not supposed to stay there, you're not supposed to keep it inside, because it'll just bottle up and you'll become a monster'."
