Chris Brown has shown his gratitude to Adele after she dismissed speculation of a fall-out between the pair at the Grammys.

Heads were turned recently when a photo emerged from the ceremony on Sunday (February 10) which appeared to show Adele shouting at Brown.

It had been reported that she may have been angry at the R&B man for not standing when Frank Ocean - who Brown had recently allegedly fought in a brawl - won an award.

However, Adele took to Twitter to confirm that the duo were merely complimenting each other.

Brown has now also posted on the social networking website his thoughts on the situation, adding:

"Pleasure to meet u @OfficialAdele. I heard your words and thats all that matters. Thank u for speaking truth. CB."

A photo meanwhile later emerged of the pair from the Grammys looking happy together.
