Chris Brown has announced that his new album will include a collaboration with Rihanna.

The controversial star had previously suggested that the 'Stay' singer would feature on his upcoming record 'X'.

However, the apparent on-off nature of their reported relationship called into question the news.

Brown has now officially confirmed the news on Twitter, announcing duets with the likes of Nicki Minaj and Kelly Rowland in the process too. He said:

"New album features @NICKIMINAJ ,Kendrick , @rihanna, @KELLYROWLAND , @wizkhalifa ,@bobatl and more surprises to come. "X"."

'X' meanwhile is scheduled to be released on July 16.
