Coldplay's Chris Martin has revealed that Take That caused him to ask himself if he was gay. 

The 'Fix You' singer-songwriter explained to The Sun newspaper that the "strapping men from Stoke or Manchester" were so appealing to him as a youngster they made him question his sexuality. Talking about the most influential bands of his childhood and teen years, Martin said:

"U2 and five handsome, strapping men from Stoke and Manchester. I'm not afraid to admit it, they made me ask the question 'Am I gay?'"
