David Furnish reveals Lady Gaga gift to godson Zachary

Sir Elton John’s partner David Furnish has revealed that godmother Lady Gaga personalised a classic bedtime story as a gift to their one-year-old son Zachary.

The Canadian film-maker told The Sun that he was delighted at the thought behind the present from the Poker Face star:

“You know the children’s bedtime story Goodnight Moon. Lady GaGa gave Zach a book called Goodnight GaGa.

“She basically had a special version made for Zachary and there are really cute little references in it – you know, he’s in the story and she’s in the story.

“His name’s on the little hairbrush in the book. It’s very special.”

Sir Elton John, who recently confirmed the couple are looking to have another child in the future, also told the Daily Mirror yesterday that reading a bedtime story to Zachary has now become part of his routine whilst on tour:

“I know when I come off stage I am going to be happy.

“I don’t have to stay up doing drugs. I’m going to get up in the morning and see my little boy.”
