The highest new entry in the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart is Eminem, debuting at no 9 with "We Made You." The Black Eyed Peas' "Boom Boom Pow" holds at No. 1 for a third week.

It's the best Hot 100 debut of his career and its fast start is owed to the digital track shifting 167,000 in its first week of release. That's a somewhat disappointing sum considering his last single, "Crack A Bottle," set a then first-week record with 418,000 downloads in February.

Though the "Made" video has proved popular due to its skewering nature (it's the No. 1 ranked video on MTV2), "Bottle's" higher number can probably be attributed to it having been the rapper's first release as a lead act in more than three years. It also received airplay at R&B/Hip-Hop stations, resulting in a larger audience at the time of release (33 million listener impressions), compared to the 19 million impressions garnered by "Made" the week.

The Hot 100's next-highest debut comes from Green Day at No. 40 with "Know Your Enemy." It's the band's best Hot 100 bow ever - which also happens to debut on the Modern Rock radio airplay chart at No. 8. It's the first single from the trio's "21st Century Breakdown" album, due on Friday, May 15.

Making a big move up the Hot 100 is Taylor Swift's "Crazier," which zips from No. 38 to No. 17 thanks to a hefty 110,000 digital downloads sold (up a handsome 57% over the previous week's haul). The tune is included on this week's No. 1 album, the soundtrack to "Hannah Montana: the Movie." "Crazier" is Swift's ninth top 20 Hot 100 hit.

Back in the top 10, Lady GaGa's "Poker Face" holds at No. 2 while Flo Rida's "Right Round" stays steady at No. 3. Miley Cyrus' "The Climb" rises to No. 4, giving the artist a new career-high peak. She matches the highest rank that her father Billy Ray Cyrus has achieved. The elder Cyrus' "Achy Breaky Heart" hit No. 4 in July 1992 (four months before Miley was born).

"Kiss Me Thru the Phone" by Soulja Boy Tell'em (featuring Sammie) slips a notch to No. 5, while Kid Cudi's "Day 'N' Nite" jumps a space to No. 6. Jamie Foxx's "Blame It" (featuring T-Pain) slides two positions to No. 7 while T.I.'s "Dead and Gone" (featuring Justin Timberlake) also drops two spots to No. 8. Rounding out the top 10, the Fray's "You Found Me," slides one rung to No. 10 in its 22nd chart week.

Aside from Eminem's "We Made You" and Green Day's "Know Your Enemy," here are the remaining seven debuts on the Hot 100 this week. Kevin Rudolf's "Welcome to the World (featuring Rick Ross) enters at No. 78; Kelly Clarkson's "I Do Not Hook Up" starts at No. 88; Silversun Pickups nets its first Hot 100 hit with "Panic Switch" at No. 92; Norwegian duo Madcon enters at No. 95 with its European smash "Beggin';" Pink arrives at No. 97 with "Please Don't Leave Me," the third Hot 100 hit from her "Funhouse" album; Ashley Tisdale's "It's Alright, It's Ok" the first track from her June 16 album "Guilty Pleasure" - starts at No. 99 and Kenny Chesney's "Out Last Night" begins at No. 100.

Re-entering the Hot 100 this week at No. 83 is Nickelback's "If Today Was Your Last Day." The tune originally spent four weeks on the list in late 2008 and in early January.
