Enrique Iglesias: "It's difficult for love to survive without sex"

Enrique Iglesias believes sex is a vital part of love and relationships.

The singer unleashed his latest album 'Sex & Love' last month and many raised eyebrows at its curt title.

Speaking to the Daily Express, the sultry star said that he feels sex is something that is wholly pertinent to making love work.

He said: "Sex has to inspire you. If you don’t care about the person you are with or the situation, then the sex is bad...Well not bad, but, you know, a bit...But also, I honestly believe it’s difficult for love to survive without sex.”

Speaking meanwhile about his long-term relationship with tennis star Anna Kournikova, Iglesias said:

"Firstly, she’s the coolest girl in the world. And she understands who I am, to the point where she’s willing to sacrifice her personal time with me and let me do my music. It’s a huge sacrifice and I respect that tremendously."
